Would the business be receptive to their request, and would they get the requested pay rise? Interpretation The important things in a pay rise chart are House 11 – the querent’s salary, and House 2, the querent’s finances in general. In this chart, both are Mercury, Retrograde at 24° 31′ of Capricorn, just inside the 6th House and applying back to the cusp. It’s peregrine, retrograde and cadent – this makes sense, as the salary was not as good as desired.
